Calendar of Events for 2022
Events - This is a listing of what we have on our Calendar. It includes Chapter planned events and events going on in Iowa and neighboring Iowa Chapters, Districts and National. This will be updated with new events as we receive them. This is changing on a regular basis. Come when you can and we will miss you when you can't. From the beginning of riding season through July, we will leave from Bomgaar's, 5049 NE 14th Street, Des Moines, IA, Kick Stands up at 6:00 p.m. Please note this new time. Beginning with the first dinner ride of August, we will leave from the south side, near the old Sears on the corner of SE 14th and Army Post Road.
We typically have a monthly Get Together the first Saturday of each month. There are some exceptions, so please always check the dates below. People come early for breakfast, if they wish, and the information sharing starts about 8:30 AM. In good weather we like to take a ride afterwards.
We also meet the second and fourth Thursday of every month for a dinner. We meet at the location at 6 pm, in the winter months. The good weather months, we meeting at the above locations at 6:00 pm and take a ride and then land at a location noted for dinner. Events in Blue are planned by the Chapter, with anyone welcome.

4 - G2G information will be announced at Yellow Banks in conjunction with our Chapter A Birthday Party. One activity will be a Bike Blessing for anyone done by Jeff Lloyd and 'crew'. Party is from 11-1 at Prairieview Shelter, Food, Friendship and celebration!

10 - 12 - Campout, Alden Riverview Campground, 1504 Water Street, Alden, Iowa. If you want a site, you need to be in touch with Dave Tingle. Big Rigs are one to a site, however, small motorcycle campers are 2-3, each will pay their individual $15 fee. Let Dave know so he can keep track of openings.
